National Award winning duo Bala & Vikram are set to join hands again. Sources close to the duo says the official announcement will be made soon. Bala who won the National award for "Naan Kadavul" is currently working on "Avan Ivan" starring Aarya and Vishal in lead roles. Vikram is busy on the post production works of Mani Ratnam's "Ravana". He will join Bala after finishing Selvaraghavan's untitled flick. Dayanidhi Azhagiri's Cloud nine pictures will produce the film. Dayanidhi Azhagiri has paid a huge sum of money to rope in these two guys.
