Hollywood is calling Bollywood star Anil Kapoor to play an important role in one of the Hollywood's biggest film series, ‘Mission Impossible’. However, his role in the film remains mystery. This is Kapoor’s first appearance in a major Hollywood flick.
Anil Kapoor who has a career lasting over two decades in the Indian film industry shot to fame after Danny Boyle's Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ got the honor to be part of U.S. most watched television show '24'. His wonderful performance in the television series '24' earned him a seat in 'Mission Impossible' crew.
The film which being directed by Brad Bird of 'The Incredibles' has Tom Cruise playing the lead role 'Ethan hunt'. It also has Renner, Simon Pegg, Paula Patton, Ving Rhames and Vladimir Mashkov.
Sources say the first schedule of the movie has already been shot last month with Tom Cruise in Prague. The next schedule of the film is expected to be filmed at Dubai. Kapoor will join the crew this December when the unit will move to Vancouver. The film is expected to release on December, 2011.
